The JSE Limited ('JSE') granted a secondary listing by way of an introduction of all of the issued ordinary shares of British American Tobacco p.l.c. in the tobacco sector of the main board of the JSE under the abbreviated name BATS and the trading code BTI, with effect from the commencement of trading on the JSE on 28 October 2008.
