FT Climate Leaders
In 2025, BAT was named as a Climate Leader for the fifth successive year by the Financial Times, for reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emission intensity, and placed in the top 3% of European companies.
FT Diversity Leaders
We have been listed among the Financial Times Diversity Leaders 2025. The Financial Times Diversity Leaders list is an annual ranking that identifies companies across Europe that excel in promoting diversity and inclusion (D&I). The ranking is based on surveys conducted with employees, covering aspects such as gender balance, age, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation.
Disability Confident Leader
We achieved the Disability Confident Leader (Level 3) status in December 2023, a recognition that remains valid until 2026 and acknowledges our efforts in attracting, developing, and supporting individuals with disabilities and long-term conditions.
Fair Pay Workplace
We have been successfully certified by Fair Pay Workplace, an independent pay equity and pay transparency organisation, for providing equal pay for similar work or work of equal value.
