BAT has won the ‘GEP Procurement Team Award’ at the World Procurement Awards.
Judges at the World Procurement Awards, widely recognised as one of the most prestigious accolades in procurement, praised BAT’s focus on “one team winning together in a safe and empowered environment”.

The team was commended for establishing itself as a true transformation catalyst, with 20% of roles now focused on value generation through supplier-led innovation, and a culture that encourages people to go beyond cost savings to experiment, iterate and deliver meaningful impact.
