Darrell Thomas
Non-Executive Director
Darrell was appointed to the Board of British American Tobacco p.l.c. as a Non-Executive Director on 7 December 2020. He is a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees.
Darrell brings valuable international experience to the Board, particularly in finance and treasury. He previously held several senior finance positions including Interim Chief Financial Officer for Harley-Davidson, Inc., Chief Financial Officer for Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc.,Vice President and Treasurer for Harley-Davidson, Inc. and Vice President and Assistant Treasurer, PepsiCo, Inc. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Inc. Darrell had a nineteen-year career in banking with Commerzbank Securities, Swiss Re New Markets, ABN Amro Bank and Citicorp/Citibank where he held various capital markets and corporate finance roles.
Darrell currently serves on the boards of Sojourner Family Peace Center, Dorman Products Inc., Scotia Holdings (US) Inc. and Pitney Bowes Inc..
