British American Tobacco - Karen Guerra

Karen was appointed to the Board of British American Tobacco p.l.c. as a Non-Executive Director on 14 September 2020. She is a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees.

Karen brings valuable international experience, particularly in marketing, sales and consumer goods insight to the Board. She has held a variety of executive roles, including President and Director General of Colgate Palmolive France, and Chairman and Managing Director of Colgate Palmolive UK Limited.

Karen is currently Independent Non-Executive Director of Amcor p.l.c. She was previously a Non-Executive Director of RS Group p.l.c., Amcor Limited, Davide Campari-Milano S.p.A., Paysafe p.l.c., Inchcape p.l.c., Samlerhuset B.V. and Swedish Match AB.
