Conflict Minerals Report 2022
In accordance with the requirements of Rule 13p-1 under the US Securities Exchange Act, we file our annual Conflict Minerals Report on Form SD to the US Securities and Exchange Commission detailing our due diligence procedures relating to conflict minerals – the term used to describe tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold – that may be present in the Group’s vapour and tobacco heating products. This is our fourth report subject to the rule, following our acquisition of Reynolds American Inc.
