Sustainability Report 2010

In 2010, British American Tobacco was organised into five regions: Africa and Middle East, Americas, Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe and Western Europe.

For each region you can view a balanced scorecard showing data for some of our key performance measures across the marketplace, environment and people and culture areas of our sustainability agenda. We do not currently have a comparable quantitative measure for our efforts in harm reduction or disaggregated data for our supply chain measures.

You can also use the region and market data comparator to compare performance in each measure.

From 1 January 2011, our regional structure was reorganised into four regions, with the creation of the new Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Markets which previously comprised the Eastern Europe region have been merged into Western Europe and the new region.
